A Transformative Introduction to Systems Thinking
This was my first time learning about Systems Thinking from ScrumViet, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully the course was designed. It introduced a wide range of high-level concepts in a structured and engaging way, helping me rethink how I approach problems and make decisions. What I found most valuable was that the course wasn't just about knowledge, it challenged my existing mental models. It helped me recognize common thinking traps and cognitive biases that often prevent us from seeing the bigger picture. As a result, I now have a much better understanding of how to analyze organizational problems from a systems perspective and focus on addressing root causes instead of just treating symptoms. Beyond the course content, another precious experience was learning alongside such an inspiring group of people. Both the trainers and my fellow participants broadened my perspective through their knowledge, experiences, and thoughtful discussions. It truly expanded my horizons, and I've enjoyed every learning experience at ScrumViet. Another highlight was the collection of recommended books and resources. They opened the door to many ideas that I'm excited to explore further. If there's one thing I wish, it's that I had been exposed to these concepts and books much earlier. I believe they would have significantly changed the way I learn, work, and approach problems over the years.
A great course about system thinking
A great experience where I can look back the whole view of my current knowledge about system thinking and get the new one. We had a change to discuss a lot about new viewpoint of each trainee during class. I have gained a lot of different perspective and divert thinking and how to handle with system thinking during organization transformation.
Excellent course with clear explanations, practical examples, and strong instructor support
This APOM course exceeded my expectations. The balance between theory and practical exercises was excellent. Group discussions and assignments helped reinforce key concepts, and the learning experience was both challenging and rewarding.
I really enjoyed this APOM class
I would strongly recommend Agile Product Operating Model class for learners who want to deepen their understanding of systems thinking, organizational development, and Agile operating models. The class appears to create not only intellectual insight, but also genuine excitement about learning, sharing, and seeing others grow in real time. I really enjoyed this class. What stood out most was how the trainer made complex ideas feel practical and alive, especially the reminder that systems are complex, not simple. That point resonated strongly with me and helped me reflect more realistically on change and organizational development. I also appreciated the learning environment. People felt comfortable sharing openly, learning from each other, and speaking without fear of being judged. That made the session feel genuinely engaging and safe. Most importantly, the class helped me shift away from thinking about big, perfect solutions and toward a more incremental, evidence-based approach to change. I left feeling more grounded, more confident, and more motivated to create meaningful change in my work. Thank you for such a thoughtful and energizing session.
ONE OF THE BEST SCRUM VIET COURSE
ONE OF THE BEST SCRUM VIET COURSE
The class was truly fascinating and provided valuable insights into professional facilitation
I gained not only practical techniques but also a deeper understanding of how to guide team meeting, workshop, event or discussions more effectively. It was a meaningful learning experience that will definitely help me in my role.
Suitable for one who wants to improve facilitating skills
I found this course incredibly helpful. It was fun, engaging, and full of practical tools I can apply right away with my team. The host was super friendly and created a safe, open learning space. What stood out to me was how clear and relatable the examples were – not just theory, but things I could really use in daily work. The facilitation techniques we learned are game-changers. Highly recommend!
Professional Facilitating
I recently completed the Professional Facilitating course and found it incredibly valuable. The content was well-structured, combining theory with practical tools that I could immediately apply in my work. The trainer was knowledgeable, engaging, and created a safe, inclusive environment for everyone to participate. What I appreciated most was the focus on real-life facilitation challenges — from handling group dynamics to guiding productive conversations. This course is a must for anyone who wants to become a more confident, effective facilitator.
Highly valuable course
It was an excellent experience. The course provided practical techniques and strategies for successful negotiations in both personal and professional settings. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and shared real-world scenarios, making the content highly relatable.
Review by a Product Owner
As a Product Owner, I frequently engage with various stakeholders, making strong negotiation skills essential to my role. I recently completed the Professional Negotiation Skills course, and it has been a transformative experience. One of the key takeaways for me was the "Yes, and!" mindset. This approach is not only relatable but also incredibly useful in fostering collaboration and creativity during discussions. While I acknowledge that applying this mindset consistently can be challenging, the course has significantly enhanced my ability to incorporate it into my daily work. The instructor provided valuable insights and fostered an engaging learning environment that made the course both informative and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their negotiation skills. It offers a fresh perspective that can greatly benefit professionals in any field.
Excellent training class overall.
Excellent training class overall. The content of the training are very informative and helpful variously covering to give us insights and practices for solution focused coaching. The training equips us all the things we need to start with the coaching. The other is just on us: practice!! Khoa is an great trainer with wide knowledge and master of coaching skills. I learnt a lot of things apart from the knowledge scope of SFC training. It's really worthy to have the training here.
The course lasted just two days but…
The course lasted just two days but contained many meaningful activities and knowledge. Each member of the class gave great insights, and together it was a great experience. The course was mainly around the 33 Liberating Structures, some of which we have been doing, but might not be as effective as it should be. We learned to correct them, to use them, to experiment with them, and to play along with them. I'd like to express my gratitude to each and everyone in the class for giving me a chance to collaborate and learn from you. Thanks anh Khoa & chi Quyen. With lots of love. PA.
Excellent & inspiring PAL-E course
The Professional Agile Leadership Essentials course from Scrum.org via Scrumviet, under the guidance of trainer Khoa Doan, really made me change the way I approach work as a Scrum Master. Anh Khoa has extensive knowledge and rich experience. The knowledge he shared in the course was really pragmatic and useful, especially the practical case studies that made me feel related a lot to my current work situation. I have learned a lot from this course and especially, I feel like I have been given more motivation to continue my path as a Scrum Master. Appreciate anh Khoa and Scrumviet for this wonderful experience.
Challenging and Valuable Coaching Program
I was always looking for a coaching program of which coaching methodology and approaches was suitable to my principles, more focused on solutions and not problems. Luckily, I found Solution Focus Coaching Program by ScrumViet. After 03 months following the coaching program, I found myself developing well with both coaching knowledge and skills. The program provided me with more material and tools than most of training courses I had ever joined before that. Thank you so much!
Really engaging and inspiring
This course provides some great insights, frameworks, and tools to assist you in understanding the coaching profession correctly and then helping your team members, co-workers, and clients gain self-awareness. The trainer gives us essential points to remember through realistic scenarios and practicing with the trainer and classmates throughout the course. Moreover, we have been provided excellent support and guidance after the class, which will make us more confident to go along with that profession.

Value experiences was gain and useful when applied

I applied on my daily works with my team members on coaching their career path development, stucking points that they need to have a solution or at least to see the true values for themself.
The knowledge from these two courses is superbly meaningful and helpful
I have finished and earned for myself the SFC-I and SFC-II certificates at Scrumviet. Even I don't intend to become a Professional Coach in the future, the knowledge from these two courses is superbly meaningful and helpful for my current path as an Agile practitioner. I recommend these courses to all Scrum Masters and Agile Leaders who want to reach a new level in their careers.
SCF-I and SCF-II - greatest coaching courses/knowledge I have ever learned
I have learned so much knowledge and great skill from 2 course SCF-I and SCF-II organized by Scrumviet.org. This provided me a very good foundation of coaching framework associated with many other helpful skills and tools for my coaching journey. And the trainer's way is also very awesome. It is a combination of theory and practice in perfect way which help trainee learn and remember with ease.
Great course and experiences that evoke my awareness
As a lecture who have taught in a University for 10 years, I wish I had joined the course Solution Focus Coaching earlier. With the great experience, knowledge and empathy, Khoa can explain almost all concerns and questions of the learners from different backgrounds and industries. I truly think that this course should be taught in the universities of pedagogy because its methodology is exactly what the current teachers need to adapt with the new changes of technologies and learners
Solution Focus Coaching I & II
I came to Scrumviet by accident as a fate. Start with the APS course, followed by Solution Coaching I & II. I never thought I could help others with Coaching. Really, this course has given me great experiences. This course doesn't teach you how to give advice to others, it teaches you how to help others find their own answers. The value of this is for the Coachee, not for the Coach, and the Coach's role is to accompany the Coachee to go together to reach the ultimate goal that the Coachee wants. Finally, I wish all of you who are on the path to learn and conquer the value of Coaching will be successful with your choice and spread that value to everyone around.
Excellent experience about Solution Focus Coaching Class
The Solution Focus Coaching Class help me to have knowledge about the Solution Focus Coaching Framework, 8 competencies of ICF, 5 principles, 4 quadrants, a lot of tools to help coachee find solution from themselves. It's very valuable and helpful. The trainer Doan Tien Khoa is pretty enthusiasm, friendly and supportive. If you have a chance, please experience this class.
Review of Solution Focus Coaching
This training help me a lot to enhance my knowledge in my role as Scrum Master and Manager. Sometimes, I met difficulty when help my members to grow up to next level. But after this training, I can found a new way that can help a lot of people to overcome their fear or resistance to move forward. I also can understand the important of keeping the coaching position and always focus on solution to help people grow up their awareness. Thanks a lot again for this wonderful period and experience!!!
Great coach, great experiment!
This is the first time I have attended a 3-session coaching course and wonders how effective it would be. Would it be different from any single coaching course I had before? And the answer is Yes, it was effective and very helpful for me to solve my troubles in present. Over a long and sustained period, Mr Khoa engaged with me to discuss my dream, my living purposes in depth and guide me to find the answers on my own. Our work together has enable me to clear the cloud out of my mind and be more balance in life. Thank you, Mr Khoa Doan! You are doing a great job here.
Let's do it!
I have learned many things other than Scrum Framework and Agile (which are already invaluable gift for dealing with complex problem). It changed my mindset from IT daily work to consumer centrelized developer.
Hiểu thêm về Scrum framework thông qua cách học, cách dẫn dắt vấn đề của trainer Khoa Đoàn. Highly appreciate and recommend the Professional Scrum Foundations course from Scrum Viet and I believe the quality of other courses are the same.
After service cũng rất tốt, 800 câu hỏi đều dc giải đáp asap
